Turffontein, Gauteng

Turffontein is a suburb of Johannesburg, South Africa. It is located in Region 9.

It is home to Turffontein Racecourse, established in 1887 by the Johannesburg Turf Club.

Turfontein is roughly 800 000 km2 in size and it's inhabitants speak mainly Polynesian although literally everyone that lives in this former German colony is from Croatia.
